Ashtanga Vinyasa

In a Ashtanga Vinyasa practice, students move through a predetermined sequence of asanas, starting with Sun Salutations and then progressing through a series of standing, seated, and finishing poses. Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is known for its physically demanding nature, creating strength, flexibility, and endurance. It also emphasizes the importance of drishti (gaze), bandhas (energy locks), and ujjayi pranayama (breath control) to facilitate a deeper experience of each posture and to help cultivate concentration and internal awareness.
Rocket Yoga

Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and modern variation of traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, known for its playful and creative approach. The practice retains the foundational principles of Ashtanga Vinyasa, such as synchronized breath and movement, but allows for more freedom and variation in the sequence. One of the distinguishing features of Rocket Yoga is its emphasis on transitions and inversions. Practitioners can expect to explore a wide range of arm balances, inversions, and backbends, along with traditional standing and seated poses.
Rocket Yoga is suitable for students looking to deepen their yoga practice, build strength, flexibility, and balance, and cultivate a sense of joy and empowerment on the mat. It offers a dynamic and energizing experience that leaves practitioners feeling invigorated and revitalized.
Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a practice where stillness meets deep release. Unlike more dynamic styles, Yin Yoga invites you to slow down, surrendering into each pose for extended periods, by gently stretching the connective tissues, ligaments, and fascia, Yin Yoga cultivates flexibility and relaxation, offering a profound journey inward. Through a mindful practice of breath and presence, Yin Yoga not only nourishes the body but also calms the mind, leaving you feeling grounded, restored, and deeply connected to yourself."
QiGong

Qigong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. With roots in traditional Chinese medicine and philosophy, Qigong aims to cultivate and balance the flow of vital energy, or "Qi," within the body. Through gentle movements, focused breathing, and mindfulness practices, Qigong practitioners seek to enhance physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual awareness. It is often practiced for its therapeutic benefits, including stress reduction, improved circulation, and increased vitality.
