My Story

Yoga came into my life at the age of 39 after a 22 year relationship that wasn’t that great for my mind & heart, one day I thought I would try this out yoga class on YouTube and I haven’t looked back. The last 9 years has been a transformative and informative personal journey where I have grown in self-worth, confidence and self-love. Along this path, I have immersed myself in various yoga styles, Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Rocket, and Yin yoga, I also study Reiki, QiGong and Calisthenics
In addition to yoga I am also a certified personal trainer. This allows me to offer a comprehensive & holistic approach to physical fitness, combining the strength, flexibility, and mindfulness cultivated through yoga with personalized training techniques tailored to your unique needs and goals.
