I work with people (mostly over 40) who want to be more connected to their bodies, to feel more grounded, stronger, and more confidence. Whether you’re brand new to training and yoga or coming back to your mat after a break

 I’ll meet you where you’re at.

Together, we’ll build something special just for you, with consistency, breath, and a little bit of fun.

1:1 Yoga + Strength Coaching (Zoom or In-Person)

A fully personalised session to support your goals — mobility, strength, joint care, or simply feeling more energised and confident.

  • 60 mins 

  • Tailored to you (injuries, energy levels, goals)

  • Includes short recap email with reminders.

4-Week Coaching Package

For people who want deeper support and structure. We'll create a plan together and adjust weekly based on how you're feeling.

  • 4x 60-min sessions 

  • WhatsApp/email support between sessions

  • Bonus: short follow-along video created just for you

Bespoke Yoga Plan (Video or PDF)

Want something to follow on your own time? I’ll create a short custom sequence just for you, based on your needs and schedule.
