The Quaives
The Quaives, a beautiful 19 acre estate and retreat centre in rural Kent. The estate has some interesting history; being previously owned by Christine McVie from Fleetwood Mac for 25 years. From The Quaives, there are lots of beautiful walks to go on through neighbouring picturesque villages with traditional Kent oast houses and mills.

Bumblee bee cottage
A beautifully restored one-bedroomed cottage set within our herb garden with all the modern comforts and touches including underfloor heating, log burner and a sky-light over the shower. It has a king bed, kitchenette, lounge and shower room.
A cosy cottage space all for yourself is £850

Songbird cottage
This cottage was named after “Songbird” written by Christine McVie from Fleetwood Mac who was the previous owner. She kept all of her records and awards in this building before we lovingly transferred it into another one-bedroomed cottage. With all the modern comforts and touches including underfloor heating, full equipped kitchenette and a stunning sky-light over the shower. It has a king bed that can be turned into singles, a lounge and shower room.

Fuschia cottage
Originally the caretaker's cottage this quaint two-bedroomed property has been tastefully renovated and is perfect for a family of four or five with one larger bedroom that has one king bed and an optional small single bed that can be added, whilst the other bedroom is small but perfectly proportioned with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms have full-length mirrors. The cottage has a great-sized lounge and separate kitchen with all the amenities.
To snuggle in the king bedroom by yourself, it is £700
To share it will be £595pp
The bunk beds are £595 each.

Kula-Dormitory
The kula-dorm was once the tack room for the family horses and has now been totally transformed into a beautiful eight-bed scandinavian-style dormitory. We love to see people's reactions when they walk up the steps and open the door into this room because it is always an unexpected surprise. Opposite this building you will find another converted outbuilding that was once the gardeners tea room with kitchenette and is now three gorgeous light filled shower rooms.
