Service Description
If you want to feel stronger and more confident within your self and the way you move, come along to Sydenham's new Strong & Balanced lunch time class Strong & Balanced is a weekly class that brings together the best of strength training and yoga, building genuine physical strength alongside flexibility, balance and body awareness. Each session will challenge you, ground you and leave you feeling capable in your body in a way that carries into everyday life. If you're brand new to yoga or strength training or coming back after a break, this class meets you where you are. No intimidating gym environment, no complicated equipment just a lovely bunch of people wanting to build their own strength in a chilled no stress environment, with quite a nice teacher!
